Because even off duty...we still deliver.
Order Processing
All orders are processed withint 1-3 business days (because we're recovering from our shift too).
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
- During Launches, restosk, or viral moments, processing may take a little longer
You'll get a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We keep it simple:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available at checkout)
- Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your location
Translation: we move fast...but not ER-level fast.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to show movement.
Shipping Locations
Currently shipping within:
- United States
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it's officially out of our scrubs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal service issues
- Weather
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
If your package ismarked delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors
- Check your mailbox/porch
- Contact that carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address before placing your order
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us ASAP at nurseoffdutyco@gmail.com
- If your order hans't shipped, we'll fix it
- If it has shipped...we can't reroute it
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged (ugh, we hate that):
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the item + packaging
We'll make it right.
