If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility requirements outlined below.

This guarantee is provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for eligible items if:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
